J&J is my place for getting plants or when I just need a quick pick me up haha. Walking around their greenhouse is a good dose of dopamine for me. Their plants and koi are all so beautiful!!! And beautifully priced. 🥰 …

Honestly the best best best place to get plants, amazing prices, huge selection, they also have super cool pots and saucers. Friendliest staff ever, they try to help you as best they can, find the plants you want, if they're out of certain plants they let you know when its coming in. I live 30 minutes away from this nursery and I have come here so often, I may be addicted. Honestly have gotten the healthiest and the most beautiful plants from J&J Nursery. I've gone to most of plant store in the metro and south Jordan Area. **** All of my philodendrons had new growth within a week! They sell out quick on very popular plants, make sure to come quick!

I went today for items for a Fairy Garden and some Peonies. I found their fairy garden accessories to be plentiful. They have some fun ideas for Father’s Day and 4th of July decorations! They have plants and flowers a plenty, except for peonies. There were only four to choose from. They were 2 gallon buckets for $24.99 each. They looked like starter plants with no flowers. I’ll have to keep looking at other nurseries. They also have lots of tomato cages. I bought roses from there last year and they have grown so much. They have been loving this weather!

This is a huge garden center, not just nursery, with a variety of items. Walk through the front door past the cashiers and garden tools etc, through the gift shop filled with unique gifts, and then you will start your long walk through flowers and vegetables. My first two (slow learner!) visits, I went in through the side gate where all of the outdoor plants are but starting from inside was preferable. This place has plants, everything for gardening, and decorating/gifting items even if you aren't a plant person. We found the koi and water plants this time. Bought soil pep which helps plants while having a softer appearance than mulch which I really like the look of. And nice guys carry it to your car. Parking can be a bit of a problem so come early or not on the weekends but remember it is so worth any inconvenience you may experience. Very popular because it has so much more than just plants, as I realize all my photos are of plants, but it is a place everyone should visit at least once

I went to this place on Monday the 5th of June. I purchased $160.00 worth of perreniels. Prior to purchasing them, I asked what plants would be best for full sun and be good for a rock Garden. The girls showed me the best options and said even though they are good for a rock Garden and full sun, to give them some water as well. I followed the instructions provided to me. It hasn't even been 2 full weeks and all my plants have wilted and are all but dead. I'm extremely disappointed. $160.00 is a lot of money to pay for plants that didn't even last two full weeks. If I could have given no stars I would have. I have posted pictures of just a few of them. So I called and talked to Kaitlyn about the problem with all my plants dieing. She was willing to refund me 50% of what I spent. In my opinion that is not acceptable and explains quite a bit about how people like me get ripped off. One thing I failed to include in my review, I fully understand that not every business does a Military discount and don't expect it. But when I inquired about it, which for the record I always do ask because some places don't make it known, but when asked about it for the most part many do. But the response I received was, no we don't do that because we already donate to Hill AFB. Wait a minute, because you donate to Hill AFB does not mean you are supporting all Military and Veterans. You are making a donation to Hill AFB, not the people of the entire United States Military.

I took a picture of a flower I really like while walking the dog. I showed it to an employee and he said it is creeping flox, on table 11. They have pony packs of 4 for $3.98. We also bought some Lady bugs and Lacewings to eat the aphids and other bugs on our roses and in our gardens. I wanted a Globe Willow as a shade tree. They didn't have any and some people consider them a trash tree, but I like them. He explained how I could easily get a start from this years growth on an existing tree and start my own. GREAT SERVICE & KNOWLEDGEABLE HELP, is priceless.

We love J&J!!! We've been coming here for years. One of three best places for plants! We're mostly veggies, herb, fruit and flower gardeners. But also use for landscaping. Thr place is huge, family run, and supported by you energetic staff for spring. Their employees are fantastic, energetic & friendly. Oh and very patient counting the millions of plants that each want to come home with me. Lol
